The holiday home was, in 2005, newly built in stone from the Orgnac limestone quarry. The house therefore fits in style into the typical southern French landscape that we all love and appreciate so much.
Inside, the house is modern and well insulated, so it is pleasantly cool in summer and nicely warm in winter. Around the holiday home you can move freely on 2,000 m² of land with garden and meadow. There are always sunny and shady spots, to suit your taste.
The holiday home is equipped with all the important things, such as sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture for the terrace and a wonderfully shady pergola covered in Virginia creeper, under which you can eat and relax in the cool.

Our holiday home is furnished with quality and comfort. The furniture, the fitted kitchen and the beds were bought new in 2005.

Cooking and dining area Kitchen area with modern fitted kitchen: electric cooker (ceramic hob), dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Fully equipped, down to the coffee machine.
- A 40 m² living and dining room with open kitchen, cosily furnished, LCD satellite TV with all German channels
- Two bedrooms (one with a double bed 2 x 90 x 200, one with 2 single beds of 100 x 200), each with a spacious wardrobe
- Comfortable shower room (thermostat) / WC, washing machine
- Generous sunny and shaded terrace: garden furniture, sun loungers and parasol available
- Covered seating area of 25 m² outside, in case it rains
- Shady pergola (3 x 7 m) on the south side of the house.
